Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or Holidays.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
A fulfillment email will be sent to the email address provided with a tracking number as soon as the order ships.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Conmetior LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Conmetior LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Conmetior LLC ships within the US and Canada. A phone number is required by Customs. All orders placed without a phone number associated will be delayed until one is put on file.
Returns, Refund, Cancellation Policy
Undamaged products can be returned for 30 days from the date of the delivery in unopened packaging. Opened packages if return has been approved will be assessed a $25 restocking fee for each item returned.
Contact us at contact@conmetior.com to start the process, Customer is responsible for returning the products as its own expense and should keep record of the tracking number, a refund will be processed upon reception and inspection of the products, shipping costs are non-refundable.
