1. SCREW CHANNEL VERIFICATION TOOL INSTRUCTIONS
Insert the Screw Channel Verification Tool into each screw access hole.
Verify that the screwdriver extension passes all the way through the channel and that the screw threads are fully visible through the hole.
For accuracy, use an analog to ensure proper alignment and a clear path through the channel.
The screwdriver extension should pass through the channel smoothly and passively.
If the extension does not pass through easily, or if the screw threads are not fully visible or only partially visible, proceed to the next step.
2. SCREW CHANNEL REAMER INSTRUCTIONS
Carefully insert the reamer into the screw access channel.
Gently rotate the reamer while applying light pressure to remove any debris or residual material blocking the channel.
Once the reaming is complete, blow compressed air through the channel to remove any loose debris or use a steam cleaner for a thorough cleaning.
Important Tips:
Always handle the reamer with care to avoid damaging the restoration.
Ensure the screw channel is clear before final placement to avoid complications during delivery.
Double-check each access hole after reaming to confirm a smooth and unobstructed path.
4. MAINTENANCE REMINDER
Although made from high-quality titanium, the coarse nature of zirconia can wear down the tools over time. To ensure continued accuracy, it is important to replace the screwdriver extension and reamer periodically. If the color coating is completely worn off, it is recommended to replace the tool to maintain precise dimensions and performance.
